I made a game for the Yogscast Games - Jingle Game Jam 2024!

It took 4 days to make, and, as always, was made with RPG Developer Bakin. In it, you try to get people to buy your summer wear during Christmas Eve, to fend off a debt that's due on Christmas Day: failure will result in bankruptcy of your company.

I learned quite a bit regarding Bakin through the past few months, and I was luckily able to make something polished enough (and very simple) within less than a week! I took a few advancements I did with other projects, but some things like the movement code aren't as dynamic like in Ecrazeus for example, which is the reason why the dash button can be a bit finnicky here (whereas in my development of the full Ecrazeus, I have the run button work much better due to speed easing detection, etc).

I'll also be submitting this to the Xmas 2024 Game Jam run by CompanionWolf. A two-for-one deal (hehe, simple theming advantage)!
